Customer Service Specialist We’re looking for people who can join us on the front line, supporting customers with a passion for our mission and growing their career with us. What you’ll do Our smart energy and low carbon heating solutions mean our customers can enjoy clean, green and cosy homes. As a customer support specialist, you’ll be responsible for supporting customers once the sale of Solar Panels or Air Source Heat Pumps have closed. All our customers are passionate and excited for their green energy technology, so it’s your job to keep that excitement up. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the post-sales process by being the go-to-person for your customers, generating handover documents, booking installations, and loads more Collaborate with survey and installation teams and third party suppliers to make the Solar and Air Source Heat Pump magic happen Staying on top of all admin to ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for our customers Become an expert in our tech with real ownership in the navigation of the installation journey and all its excitement Be a real advocate for the technology that we are excited to launch across the UK and beyond!
